Every Tuesday, at 11, the Showcase Cinemas at Patriot Place offers a storytime and a meet and greet of a character! We went last Tuesday and it was Barney! Brielle has never really watched Barney, but her good friend, Anthony, was going and so we decided to try it out!
Brielle loved it! A book relating to the character goes on the big screen and someone reads the story through a microphone!
Each child gets a ticket for a free piece of pizza!
Then you can get in line to meet the character! They had Barney episodes playing while we waited. Brielle was very intrigued!
She loved Barney from afar and waved to him, but didn't want to get too close for pictures.The best part about StoryTime is that it's free! The second best thing is that it's on Tuesdays at least through October! Mimi and Brielle will be checking it out on Tuesdays when Mama goes back to school!
